Where do you ship to?We Ship ALL over the USA and Canada! Shipping is fast and will be delivered in impact-resistant packaging! COVID-19 Update: Some shipping delays are expected!

How do I check the status of my order?Each order is provided a tracking number! Simply enter that tracking number into the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc.) and you'll be given the expected delivery date!

What's your return policy?Clients are eligible for a refund for 30 days after delivery! If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your order just ship it back and we'll refund it! Buyers are required to pay for the return shipping!

Can you assist in planning the creative aspects of the shoot, such as locations and themes?Absolutely! We work closely with our clients to understand their vision and can provide recommendations for locations, themes, and styling to achieve the desired brand aesthetic.

Where do you donate?10% of ALL sales are donated to the Nourish New York non-profit helping to feed the homeless and those in difficult situations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos and videos?The turnaround time can vary depending on the scope of the project. However, we strive to deliver high-quality, edited content within a reasonable timeframe, typically 72 hours.

What kinds of materials are used?Our packaging consists of eco-friendly cardboard to decrease our carbon footprints!
